Since it was not possible to answer your answer, I have now created my own account. You can't just put my NAME here! Ever heard of data protection? The LEONA account belongs to my sister because I didn't have one of my own, so I gave my rating from your account. So and now to your information, please stay with the truth at least now! They say it is unfair for me to say I am not paying when they "wasted" material and time on me. First you should explain how it came about !!! I told you that I was dissatisfied and you did not understand and did not respect it, you interfered with other customers who were loud and disrespectful. I even offered to pay less in order to find a solution that you didn't want! Then YOU suggested you take my eyelashes down again and I don't have to pay !!! And then you just decided, even though I was already lying on the couch again, no, you don't do it, so you already lied! Then you confiscated my ID and blackmailed me to pay or I can no longer see my ID. Is that customer service ?? As you are writing right now, YOU did not speak yesterday !! My father is a witness, you were just as disrespectful to him as you were to me! He was matter-of-fact and wanted us to find a solution, but you behaved very childishly and just left my father said that we couldn't find a solution and then you called the police! For what explainable reason please? The policemen found it ridiculous that you said to me yourself, that you called them about something, because you could sort it out without the police !!! You are now showing yourself to be very innocent, but it was clear to me that you would! But you know how it was in reality! They were very unprofessional and something like that is a NO GO as the owner! In every other studio they try to make the customer satisfied but they are only interested in the MONEY they have taken in the purchase that I am dissatisfied I should just pay and can leave the salon Pay your WORDS and you can then do whatever you want in the Regarding bad reviews etc., you as an adult woman and owner should know how to run a salon! And no again that because of the time was just extra information, I generally don't like the work !! The eyelashes hurt, they scratch and are hard! So I'll tell you again, I don't like the look of the eyelashes and that has nothing to do with time or your experience. From me people can have 10 years of experience if it doesn't look good it just doesn't look good! And because you say you can only evaluate your work in 3-4 weeks, where does that make sense? I can see what the eyelashes look like, they should look good from the start and please the customer and if that is not the case, you look for SOLUTIONS but don't call the police or blackmail your customers! I hope you stay with the TRUTH from now on! If you could give 0 stars, I would have done that! You were responsible for making it this far !!!
The PUREST DISASTER - the boss was already unfriendly at the reception, but the end simply blows everything up.
I've never experienced anything like that, the boss is neither professional nor does she compromise. In advance, I had made an appointment for refilling my eyelash extensions by telephone, but I asked you directly whether it was possible to have someone else refilled, as I still had a few eyelashes from another studio upstairs, then she said that it would not be possible at all Problem. Well when we started I said to her how I would like my eyelashes, then she said to me "I can only refill it like you have now" Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense to me because I had as mentioned so few lashes of the other salon above that they were barely visible.
She then said she did it for me as I would like, I had a pretty good feeling for the time being because she worked really carefully and was not rough and also cleaned the eyelashes before she started, that doesn't say what the end result will look like I - now. It was finished very quickly. It didn't take longer than 35-40min, that seemed quite strange to me because normally a good refill takes up to 1.5 hours. My feeling was confirmed when I looked in the mirror. My eyelashes just looked terrible! Completely twisted at the front, protruding at the back, hard, scratchy eyelashes and by and large I don't imagine a refill of what you call "Volume Light Technique". Of course I drew your attention to this, then she said to me "what do you mean?" After several repetitions, she made it clear to me that it was my fault that the eyelashes would now look like this because I had other eyelashes from another studio above. Ridiculous! On site you could only pay in cash, didn't know I went to withdraw the money and left my ID in the salon. Before I continue discussing my eyelashes with her, I wanted to have the money, because I didn't want it to be said at the end of the day, "She has no money with her and therefore doesn't want to pay". I tried to start a factual conversation with her because I am simply completely dissatisfied with the result. This woman just let me stand and stood with crossed arms and said "I work 1 hour, I used up material and you say you are dissatisfied? I said that I said that as soon as we were finished, you said I would lying .. She then said "We can ask all customers what the eyelashes look like and then decide whether they can be dissatisfied or not" I said who is wearing the eyelashes here? I don't need opinions from others if I am dissatisfied, she said that it was a cheek to even say that I am NOT SATISFIED. After a long time she said either I would pay or she would drop all my eyelashes and pay nothing. I agreed, although I was already on the couch, everything started again from the beginning. I asked what the problem was, because it was already resolved. She became very cheeky & disrespectful. I got up and said, that's not how you deal with customers. She said I'll do you nothing at all I don't give my eyelashes down. You pay or you don't get your ID. I said I don't pay for such a service. She started screaming and pocketed my ID. I said that she is legally not allowed to do that. She said you have 1 hour then I'll call the police. I called my father to clarify better. No result - my father suggested we agree on a lower price, she declined and called the police. The police agreed with me, unfortunately I am not allowed to say more. I can only advise EVERYONE to visit this salon. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE IT!!! Greedy, unprofessional, disrespectful, cheeky, not customer oriented and much more!

I'm a customer for over 2 years and every time super satisfied! Very reliable and professional, always get an appointment, is always respected and has never been a problem. Very pleasant atmosphere and it is always on requests especially if you want something different. Constructive criticism is always well received. Price is great for the performance, I can only recommend others 👌🏻😍
I have been a regular customer for about 2 1/2 years.
The studio in the 19th district was very beautiful with the name Cheri Lady. It was easy to find but you never really had peace as the street was just in front of the studio. Despite loud cars, it was always pleasant there for the music and entertainment.
Now the new shop or studio is in the 23rd district. It sounds very far, but it is not far at all! The studio is very close to the train station (about 5 minutes)
& in the new studio, it is also more enjoyable because you have the peace and more space.
I am very happy with the business and the work for my eyelashes!
