I am at the store right now and I can’t handle how rude the seller was to my grandma. She speaks swiss german and and was trying to exchange the shirt she had bought for another size. The seller was impatient and basically told her to be quiet and took the bill from her hand! The first time we came to the store they were just as rude. Never buying from then again!

Even if the goods and quality here (I would like to buy the advertised brands) are probably good, the 2 minutes in this shop would be enough to decide not to buy here. I have seldom felt so unwelcome as here. The "service" was rude and very condescending to questions. No customer orientation.

As a customer of the Fa. Glaser (last € 236) it took me last on 30/07/2015 about 17:00 in the branch 1120 Meidlinger Hauptstrasse. We (a friend and I) were caught right at the door by the seller, where he said, is looked only with his eyes and not with his hands anyway and we should go straight to H & M anyway. Too bad, they have fashion that I like, but that may have other stores. At any rate, they will not earn a penny on me as long as they hire watchdogs and no fashion sellers.
