The experience of shopping at this Douglas store was amazing! The employee Nadja was humorous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she deserved a raise. All in all, great, beautiful perfumery

All good things are 3 ........ Not in this branch. As soon as you step in, you get a false smile for 1 second and that's it with the "friendliness". So ..... I just wanted to pick up a package. The first thing I should do is help locate packages. "Take a look too" and after less than 30 seconds the unfriendly lady said "It's not there". I am a courteous person and don't just walk into a branch and ask for my package. I have received confirmation that my package is there by means of shipment tracking. In any case, after the saleswoman left me to devote herself to another customer, I simply paid quickly and without saying goodbye, because I definitely don't enter this unfriendly, superficial and absolutely unprofessional branch four times. It's really a shame how very unmotivated staff can scare off customers. Never again!!!!
