After we already had a waterbed from another manufacturer, but were no longer satisfied, we bought a new one from Jakob-Betten. The on-site advice was very detailed and competent. The delivery and the assembly was carried out to the complete satisfaction. The setting of the amount of water was adapted to our needs (with test beds). We experience a new feeling of sleep every day and wake up in the morning rested and relaxed. We can 100% recommend bed quality and service! Many Thanks!

Since we moved to Austria (about 11 years ago) we have been looked after perfectly. Innovations were always discussed with us. A change of the water core was long overdue, but the service always did everything that we could live with for a while. The current change was done quickly and easily.

We were looking for a bed and were surprised with a great price / performance ratio of a water bed! Great praise goes to Mr. Langer! Excellent specialist knowledge paired with sympathy make a sales pitch a pleasant situation! All requests were met and the delivery time plus assembly was kept within the framework. We have been lying in our new waterbed for about 3 months now and do not regret a single moment and love it more day by day! Many thanks to the entire Jakob Wasserbett team! A clear recommendation who is looking for good quality at a fair price!

I have had my waterbed for about 6 years and I am still very satisfied. I've been on the road a lot for a long time and thanks to my bed I have no back problems. The automatic delivery service with conditioner and care products also works smoothly. Despite a move, the waterbed is tight and in top condition. The personal contact person is always competent, very friendly and customer-oriented. Overall verdict: TIP TOP, please keep it up!

With Jakob Betten, I did not have my bed moved from Vienna to Noe with this company (as I didn't know them at the time). I will never turn to another company again. Technically top, super organized, without much chatter, set up something like that from professional, from which the company where I bought the bed could have learned a lot! Highly recommended 5 stars on all lines. Setting up is not the same as setting up! Now it sleeps a lot better because it is CORRECTLY set up! Thank you very much and highly recommended !!
