I went to this store to stock up on shampoo and was appalled how rude the staff is. I refused to spend money there after I was told I couldn't use the washroom and found a different place that sells Aveda in Vienna. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, not what you would expect from Aveda

Horrible! An absolute disaster! I cam in with beautiful healthy blonde hair, i just needed my roots done and the blonde i already had in my hair timed more beige, it was a touch too gold. Daniella misused the Olaplex and when my hair came out of the foils, it was SO badly damaged it was breaking off all over my hair and piling up on my lap!! The color was so off, she took ALL the blonde out of my hair and nowise a drabby brown with NO blonde in it and its so badly dry and broken I cried for a week! Immediately, i explained this was NOT what we disgusted nor is it what I was told I would walk out the door with, color alone, not to mention the awful damage to my hair! She mixed 1/2 my hair with Olaplex and the roots with regular bleach and as anyone knows and Has read, you have to mix the olaplex with the perfect balance of color or it will cause damage like you did not even use it, and that is exactly what happened to me. I've had olaplex is the past and my hair was so soft healthy and zero breakage. Daniella said she would put the blonde back in my hair in 2 weeks after my hair 'rested' because of the bad damage, at no EXTRA cost because i paid 200 euros already. I walked back into the salon on my appointment 2 wks later and i was verbally attacked the second i walked in the door by the manager screaming at me without a hello, shouting if i wanted the blonde put in my hair by Daniella, then i'd have to pay for it!!!! :-o I was horrified, confused, felt attacked and taken advantage of! I wanted to show Daniella the amount of damage she did to my hair and only get my money back, i didn't even trust her to fix my hair at this point. I just wanted to find someone to fix it in Vienna. No such luck, no salon in this city knows how to be nice nor give you what they promise, which is pretty blonde hair not this gold yellow nightmare. This manager proceeded to badger me and shout at me until I called my husband whom is a native speaker and he spoke with him and Daniella for an hour explaining what they did and didn't do to my hair. Still refusing to apologize or refund my money. It took my husband 5 phone calls and speaking with 4 different people before they angrily tossed the money at my husband when he went to get it. Horrible people in a horrible salon. I'm sitting here with a horrible ugly mud brown hair color with broken dry hair that use to be gorgeous before walking in their door 2 months ago. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!
