Absolutely horrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I left my girlfriend's watch to change the glass, since it was broken. They never called after the repaired was finished. When I went there a week after, the glass was repaired, but the field was scratched extremely deep and horribly. I don't know weather they gave me another watch or they just don't know how to change the glass, but it was extremely unprofessionally done. And I really don't want to leave the watch there again. If they are so bad at just changing the glass, imagine if I left the watch there to change the field... The watch is a Daniel Wellington, which is fairly easy to repair. Imagine having a really expensive watch. I would suggest anyone to stay away from them.

I had such a bad experience from this store, that even giving a 1 star review is literally too much. I took my watch there to get fixed because it's glass was broken. At first everything was fine and they said they would call as soon as it was fixed that would probably be around 3-4 days later. First of all, NOBODY called. I called them 5 days later to ask about my watch and they didn't answer, so I needed to get to the store myself and ask. When my boyfriend got there, they told him the glass was repaired, but when they handed him the watch, It was badly scratched and they TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. We even PAID for the glass. Not trustworthy at all.
