Unbelievably bad experience - would not recommend. Simona, the woman running the shop is so nice and we had a great conversation, but the "manicures" she gave were horrendous. Doing my husband's cuticles, she cut his fingers multiple times. She also cut his nails completely unevenly. When she moved on to my nails, she did not soak my hands, or work on my cuticles because "they were already so nice." She then proceeded to file my nails square when I asked for them to be round; not only that, but her filing was uneven and jagged. Shocked, I asked her to fix the edges - what you see in these pictures is already the "improvement" on what she first did. Given that she had not soaked my hands or worked on my cuticles, I at least expected her to charge me the lower manicure price, but at the end, she charged me the same as my husband, who she took much more time for. The most shocking part of the whole experience is that she seemed into her work and even took time and care, but then butchered the entire procedure completely! We left feeling robbed.

Not professional at all. Very disrespectful. Not friendly towards customers. I live close by and called 3 times till they picked up the phone. Then I got an appointment with 1 week waiting. However, after I asked about their service and if they are professional in nail cleaning, the lady (owner) started being very disrespectful and told me to go somewhere else if I don’t believe in heir service. I did not want to be impolite. I just wanted to make sure that I will not get the same service, which I got last time when I visited a nail saloon. Best regards

I totally reccomend this salon. I've been already 3 times and I really apreciate the work Simona is doing. She is very friendly and professional. The salon is cozy and very clean. I enjoy each time I go there.

I just had today a wellness manicure done by Simona. She is very skillful and the manicure treatment was just what I needed! The salon is very cozy and the products used are vegan and bio friendly, without nasty substances. I really enjoy my new manicure and I sincerely recommend their services!
