Dear Sirs and Madames,
one of my two daughters has been in hospital since the beginning of September, where she is treated for her diabetes and related complications.
My second daughter called you on Friday and now just to get her sister's textbooks; the deadline was on Thursday.
The phone call on Friday it was said, there was no one there, you should call again on Monday, with the remark (!!!) why not earlier on it would come to get the books (!!!). Well, woman bookseller, explain to me how far a bedridden that would be possible? Let alone in such a situation, a life-threatening situation is first thought of school books?
My daughter was not even approachable in the first three weeks. In her 4th week she asks about school !!!
So my second daughter called a second time today.
She described the situation and unfortunately got to the same saleswoman, who in turn 1 told her very cheeky that the books are no longer there. 2. One could not tell where to buy the books. After that, my daughter also asked if the books had already been sent back. She even ignored my daughter's questions and told her in cut-off words, as if my daughter did not understand her (as one talks to a toddler who does not yet speak the language), to Verlägen (where to get the textbooks ) can not buy anything. For books are first sold to bookstores and ordinary people may then buy them from the bookstores. My daughter asked if you can buy this in the ÖBV, because this is a publisher with a sale. She was then told that this is a publisher where you can buy books. So, totally contradictory and above all, this lady repeats statements of my daughter and annoyed off, as if my daughter would try to sneak up, if my daughter but the books even want to buy, but which are free!
Oh, at the end on the verge, the lady finally said that you could also order from them.
That was already in the 1st sentence of my daughter: "Can I still pick up the books, if not where can I buy them?".
A very rude woman who is bursting with incompetence. I have never seen my daughter, because of a saleswoman, so resolved!
Please, enjoy it! Join the dissatisfaction of the youth trying to help her sister because she was hospitalized! I hope you are very proud of your own behavior; I will report on your incompetence as often and as much as I can. It can not be more constructive!
