Buying a car went smoothly. Mr. Granditsch was a competent and uncomplicated salesman and consultant. Took care of everything and also took care of extra requests (collection in Kagran, collection of papers in the 3rd district). I can only recommend.

Actually very nice on the phone but !!! I wanted to buy a car and it was agreed that I would reconsider my decision over the weekend. The nice gentleman said: If he'll get in touch with me on Monday. I then decided on the car and wrote an email on Monday morning. Answer: Unfortunately the car was sold to someone else at the weekend! I call that an absolute cheek! Telephone agreements are not kept!

I am totally satisfied. Everything went perfectly. From the first contact by phone to handover. The vehicle is also (as described) free of defects. Totally friendly and competent gentlemen on the service line. I can only recommend AUTOHERO AUSTRIA.

This company recently downgraded google reviews for giving a lot of negative reviews! Eight out of 10 cars have hidden errors and no warranty. Of course, the contacts promise everything, but nothing happens. I agree that no one should buy from here. I bought an LS 600 Lexus by a company that later turned out to be completely polished ls belgium while the car was Saudi Arabia, which made a lot of the box functions in the car. I haven't been able to get rid of it since then. They caused damage of about € 5,000. Even if a complaint is legitimate, you will still receive a maximum voucher to buy. Pathetic. I totally agree that this is a very bad company.

A lot of hidden defects in the cars! No goodwill or refund - unfortunately a bonus deal!
