Had a problem with my car on my trip and needed a quick fix to get back to home country. Dealership took my car in on friday afternoon and provided a solution in 2 hours. Really good experience nothing to complain about.

Definitely not ever again! I have been a customer in this store (formerly Autohaus Grosse) since 2005, the employees are relatively hard-working, but when I unfortunately had to get in touch with the boss of this dealership for the first time, it was over. It is not easy for me to describe objectively and not insultingly how impossibly this person behaves. Only so much - the Lord actually fulfills all negative clichés that one can dream of. Under no circumstances should you choose this shop - I am still completely horrified and so far only know such manners from the last-class private TV stations. Even the one star is still too benevolent.
