I needed to rent a car and I search for it on a website and an advertisement for this company was there, informing me that they had cars available for the day. I needed the car for that day, so I called for their office and talked with a lady who told me that they had cars available for that moment and that I just needed to get there before they closed (at midday). During the phone call, I even asked her if it was better to do the reservation on the website and she told me that if I was able to come before they close, it would be quicker. I paid an uber to get there as soon as possible because I had less than an hour. When I got there, I explained the call and everything and an employee said "sorry, we aren't renting cars without reservation. They gave you the wrong information on the call". Very bad service!!!

Best and nicest car rental in Vienna - in my humble opinion. Yeah, I might not be a hardcore renter (every week or so), but whenever I am in need of a car, I find exactly what I need and on top of it, they always greet me with a smile, I experience swift service and support and the occasional upgrade ;). Rental agents are uninformed of local rules and requirements. We indicated that we'd be travelling to Budapest and the agent did not know that we might need a transponder to travel on Hungarian roads, despite being 35 minutes from the Hungarian border. 6 months later we received an invoice for $433 CAD in "penalties". Be careful and I would recommend renting with a company that knows the regional rules and regulations and one with a more reputable name.

Often the cheapest rentals, yet expect waiting times and few/unmotivated staff. The cars are typically on the "simple" side when it comes to accessories.
