We went to the shop and we were yelled at, asking me and to speak german and not english since it's austria.

We were here for the second time and bought a sling the first time and a carrier this time. The first time we were really excited about the carrying advice, but at that time we were lucky that we had nothing to do with the boss. I had to delete my first 5-star rating today, only the carrying advice deserves 5 stars and unfortunately only for the (I'm sorry I don't know your name, that's why I call her the babywearing advisor with the twins, that's how she became introduced us). The advice from her is great, she is very nice and competent and unfortunately the only one in the business that is good. Today we were advised by, let's say, another hard-working baby carrier, but you could see that she just didn't know what she was doing, she couldn't tell us a lot and if I want to carry my baby in a carrier I have to feel safe and have this feeling she couldn't give us, luckily the advisor came from the camp with the twins and we asked her to help us, the result is we found a good stretcher and are also satisfied with it. After that we made the mistake and talked to the "boss". I couldn't understand the negative reviews in the past, but now I can do it all the better. The "boss" is condescending and condemning, she has not even heard our problem and has already condemned us and treated us from above. I would advise everyone to look for a different shop, because the products are only average and you can get them differently everywhere, but you save yourself the condescending treatment there. Even if the advice from one of the carrying advisors was very good, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Super sweet, loving and above all competent shop for all seekers before, during and after the birth! Of course there are no KiK prices, but the quality is right! It's really worth taking a look! No matter what you need for your baby, be it something to wear, a teether or a relaxing bath for you (soon) 2, everything is included. Have a look !!!

My wife and I went to the shop to buy products for the puerperium. At the beginning we were asked if we needed help and then also advised. The way in which we were advised by the boss was extremely condescending and uncomfortable. When we didn't want to take some products because our midwife advised us against it, the boss apparently felt it was an attack. It was then discussed in front of us with the midwives who were also present about what kind of wrong decision we would make and how terrible the puerperium was and that we “will still see”. Dear midwife team: please think about how you deal with customers and above all that you scare young mothers-to-be when you sketch horror scenarios to do business. Best regards
