Was asked yesterday that I should come back the next day because 1 Perfume Ralph from Ralph Lauren is still in stock, but she cannot get it from the warehouse now. So I'll come back the next day, another saleswoman (with a very strange cat mask) says that she doesn't have one in the warehouse, holds 3 Ralph Parfum packs under my nose that are reserved for another customer (thanks for that Info, but brings me zero). But it also doesn't occur to her to look for me in the warehouse. Just keep asking me who the colleague was who told me that, so whether that would be relevant. Service = 0.
