Very nice and courteous staff. Can not understand the bad reviews of the others because I also listened to how they deal with other customers and they are really very nice and helpful to everyone. If, for example, a product is sold out, they will show you a great alternative.

Very cheeky employee showed me the middle finger at the cash register a few months ago she saw me trying out a fragrance and claimed that I would like to put in the fragrance I spoke to her saying that I have no reason the business is video-monitored very immature please do not spend money there output !

Very cheeky and arrogant staff who damage the reputation of the companies BIPA (REWE)! I'm a little tense now, but luckily there are vis a vis DM with nice staff that I can recommend as an alternative.
