I had a (probably) defective FI switch, which was quickly and properly replaced. + I called at 08:19, electrician (and auxiliary worker) was there at 9:44. + He worked (as far as I can tell) quickly and well. -I stopped 26min working time (incl. Walk ~ 29min working time), but I was charged two workers with 1 hour each. + Unfortunately, I only complained about it later by email and therefore we agreed on a 3 / 4h (per worker). Wait for the bill. They also announced that they would make me an estimate to replace the fuse box. PS: 3Star is a neutral assessment and I would take it again (However, I would document the exact working time on the slip and then discuss the rounding up / route with the office afterwards).

Super Service! We had a problem with our wall lights and their controls. The telephone contact was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner came by within a few hours and solved the problem with great care and calm. Thank you very much for this great customer service 😊 !!

Very friendly welcome. Although the delivery from Sweden unfortunately takes a little longer, the small shop on the Lugeck is almost an insider tip.
