Recently İ visited this barber shop although my knowledge of german is not so good, İ was treated in the very nice manner and the customer service is absolutely great, the stuff is very helpful and friendly. The owner was very nice and polite, İ will visit this place again.

I told the employee that only the tips should be cut from above and the side about 5mm shorter and unfortunately he cut much MUCH shorter than I ever wanted. Unacceptable. What is the point of cutting hair when the hairdresser ultimately cuts the way he wants it and not how the customer wants it?
