Unfriendly saleswoman! Two days after my order should have been finished, I asked very politely when I would get the product and why I wasn't informed. She immediately felt totally attacked and started complaining about me as a customer. Opening times are apparently only a recommendation and the phone number given does not work either. NEVER AGAIN!

I would NOT give a star if I could !! The biggest disappointment !! In the complaint (a ring stone from the version has failed 2 times!) The saleswoman was loud, rude and unpleasant ... Has asked for more for the repair as she said before ... and just away from here! There are so many and good Austrian jewelers with pleasant staff and service. NEVER AGAIN!!
