SCAM!!!! Exchanged batteries in 3 watches. 1 - never started working after new battery , brought it back again, after 2 days of examination, they said it needed repair and wanted to get more money out of me. Second opinion of the decent, proper Uhrmacher and 30 seconds of his time fixed the watch. Two other batteries stopped working after approx. 2 month of "replacement with new ones". Not only that, one of the watches, a Swiss one, was also not properly locked. Thanks to the fact it stopped working again so quickly, I was able to exchange the battery and to get it properly fixed before it got damaged. AVOID at all cost!

I was already twice in the shop and had a great experience. The first time I left a ring for repair and the service was excellent. The size was changed without any visible marks. Now I sold some gold that I did not use anymore and received a great price. The jewelry value was also taken into account. I highly recommend to everyone.

Very bad service, brought a bracelet and had it downsized. He measured the big one extra but was probably nothing, he took out way too many pearls. When I asked him about it when my girlfriend tried the bracelet on, he said it only belongs that way! Unfortunately he was then very unfriendly and wanted to force his decision on us: "He was a goldsmith" he knew what he was doing. Not to be recommended! And last but not least, the price has also changed so very dubious!
