This particular location has one extremely rude, grumpy female employee who curses custoers when they are not happy with the ruined clothes. My jacket was ruined, instead of creamy-coloured jacket I received back something with stains from a whitener all over the collar, front part, sleaves. 2 months they were trying to redo the work. Of course nothing could be done any longer.

Rarely experienced such unfriendly staff and such a negative atmosphere. There are enough cleaners nearby that you can go to without being puked.
Stay away from this cleaning! If it weren't part of a larger chain, it would have had to shut down long ago. I had my sweater washed there (16 euros for a single piece of clothing!), But the coffee stains remained. Before I could at least wear it with high-waisted pants, now I have to throw it away because, in addition to the stains, it now smells badly of chemistry and is no longer soft at all. I didn't get my money back, of course, on the grounds that I had been told beforehand that the stains would not go out (you didn't) and that the lady knew her way around because she had 40 years of experience. In addition, the staff or this one person behaves absolutely absolutely anti-social and rude towards customers.
After having been a satisfied customer at Stross for several years, I was recently very disappointed. The two cocktail dresses that I had cleaned stank of sweat and cigarette smoke when I picked them up (I'm a non-smoker). But since I got some clothes back clean and fragrant (apparently cleaned) in 2017, I now give three stars. The service is mostly friendly or at least not rude, you have to pay in advance and in cash.
