Very unfriendly store manager!
Got mustard stains on my winter jacket and showed them in the store where they are everywhere .. I pick up the jacket after it is finished ... The stains can still be seen, the places where they were are fluffy and they have on the sleeves completely ignored ... "only dry cleaning was noted" was the justification. She offered me a wet cleaning, I'm curious how I can get the jacket, which wasn't exactly cheap, in 2 days ... No trace of the effort, unfortunately ....
UPDATE: Jacket could be cleaned completely after the 2nd time. Nevertheless, the repeated justification "it was done what was on the order" was not an excuse for the 'overlooked' stains ..
At least the 2nd cleaning was free. There are 3 stars.
Are very hard everything is super clean! My jacket was even washed 4 times! The staff is very nice and friendly!
