Seldom experienced such quick and good support. I am really impressed. The delivery is extremely fast after completion and the packages arrive very well.

I am absolutely not satisfied. I ordered a product and of course paid for it right away, which said on the website that it is not in stock, but will be ready for shipping in 2-3 days. 12 days later there is still no product. Therefore, I called the (rather unmotivated) customer service, who told me that the product was still not in stock and not ready for dispatch. He could not give me a reason for this and when asked why I did not receive an email with information about the delayed delivery, I received the answer that an email was sent. But that is completely a lie, because there was no email from Vamida in either the spam or the normal folder. When asked how long it would still take, he said he didn't know that and he couldn't conjure up the product either. For me it's a cheek, you can't talk to customers like that. But what tops it all off is that the homepage still says for the product that it will be ready for delivery in 2-3 days, which is simply not true!

If you have finished with an order and make a change BEFORE paying, the computer program is of the opinion that special discounts can no longer be taken into account because they have already been redeemed even though no order has been placed. Calling the hotline is not effective, because it makes you feel too stupid to order online.

One of the best mail order pharmacies I know: Mostly very cheap prices and always extremely fast delivery. Highly Recommended!
