Sunday evening, I come to the apartment after a 4-day absence and the thermal bath does not work (is only 2 years old). I called another emergency service beforehand, they wanted to come and charge € 450 for it (quite a lot!). The GSHT installer answered my questions on the phone and I was able to fix the error message under his guidance within 3 minutes. Free of charge and he was also very nice. That's what I mean by CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very recommendable installation company! The appointment to repair my dripping sink was "pushed in" within 2 hours despite the company's busy schedule. The two installers were there on time and the problem was resolved competently. The two gentlemen were also also very helpful and extremely customer-friendly! Thank you!

I am very pleased. Called about a running tap. The installers were there within 1 hour of the same day to replace them. Fast, efficient, friendly, competent. As it should be.
