The concealed toilet cistern was replaced - everything worked great. Good price-performance ratio and Mr. Sari attaches great importance to high customer satisfaction!

Originally I only asked about the bathroom / toilet renovation and wanted to hire other companies for the other activities (demolition, electrics, interior work, etc.). During the inspection, however, I was offered that everything can be offered in a package deal and that all work can be carried out by Gelb Heiztechnik. The offer was very detailed and clearly itemized and the total price convinced me that I commissioned the complete renovation. The work was carried out in a peak time of 5 weeks (other providers would have estimated much longer and would have been more expensive). My requests - also during the construction site - were dealt with very flexibly. As is probably common with such a project, various problems and / or some of the problems arose during the renovation. Shortcomings in the implementation. These were always resolved very promptly, I had the feeling that it was very important to Mr. Sari that I was satisfied with the overall project. The apartment is like new and has many improvements: Larger rooms, shower + bath, air conditioning, eat-in kitchen, new electrics, several sinks and water connection on the balcony etc. I am very satisfied with the end result and the decision to have commissioned Gelb Heiztechnik:
