I contacted the company about my heating boiler and the exhaust gas values ​​that were too high, I was told that maintenance was necessary, this maintenance was carried out but a control measurement of the exhaust gas values ​​could not be made because the Fleck company does not do this. Since I was not given this information (which means I have over 250 euros additional costs) when making an appointment, although I had called about the exhaust gas values, I had the problem fixed by another company in a long rat tail and at many additional costs have to. Here it turned out that the maintenance was not carried out correctly, no sealing rings were exchanged, everything inside was still dirty. Fleck sent me an invoice, although my problem was not resolved by you and from then on was not ready to speak to me either by phone or email. I don't recommend this company.

Mr. Fleck's team installed a washing machine from which the bent and broken transport screws were taken out WITHOUT saying anything. When he had to come again, he calculated, thinking that the insurance would pay, three times the amount for the same service.
