Actually totally annoyed because the DPD driver brought my parcel directly to a parcel shop without attempting to deliver, I forgot the trouble the moment I entered Mr. Pawlik's shop for the first time. An incredibly beautiful shop opened up to me and a very personable owner who gave me valuable tips on leather care in a little chat and handed me (almost irrelevant) my package. Mr. Pawlik has definitely found a new customer in me and I am now almost a little grateful to the unreliable DPD driver;)
I always like to shop here. The boss is a specialist in shoe care!
