I bought felt slippers here about 1.5 years ago. they were hardly used by me. now the felt on the heel along the seam (on the right shoe) is torn at the back. Unfortunately, when I buy shoes, I don't keep any bills. Telephone information from the seller: "Shoes are only repaired on account, otherwise the costs are to be borne by yourself." no quality AND no goodwill: never again.
