SHOPPERS BE WARNED! The establishment has no form of customer service at all! Purchase their inferior quality goods at your own risk as they will not entertain any forms of queries or complaints. Instead they will only blame and berate you for daring to return to their store.

I bought ankle boots for 180 last winter and found out today that the sole is coming off !!! Should NOT happen with a shoe in this price range !!!! Are apparently only designed for one season! Cheek!

Have men bought leather shoes. That was my biggest mistake. These had a heel made of a material that was so soft that every last stone got stuck. These could only be removed by hand or tweezers. When the complaint was declared to me there are no complaints at this company (dAmbrosio) and it would have to be dealt with everything about consumer protection. I can only strongly advise against buying expensive shoes made of inferior material. Remember, you will Not on the carpet in the shop but on normal Asfalt in the city. But then it is too late.
