Source Tuning gives me as an actress, in addition to all the other approaches and preparations that I have done in my role work so far, a direct physical access to a character, which becomes a lot more diverse and lively as a result. With source tuning, I have a toolkit in my luggage that allows me to respond quickly and, above all, very precisely to external instructions. Source Tuning is like the icing on the cake for me that I can add to my previous acting work and, like glue, combines all approaches and acting techniques that I still use. In addition to this, Leila Müller knows how to create an atmosphere as a coach in which one feels comfortable and can fully develop artistically and let go. And most importantly: it's just fun without thinking too much about it or evaluating yourself! Thank you!

Aha experiences galore. Source Tuning surprises me every time. It is a tool that primarily helps me to "let off steam" physically and creatively in a playful way, with absolutely no expectation and far from reason, logic, knowledge, intelligence and the like. You get in with an empty glass and come out with a full barrel. I fill myself up, so to speak, with spontaneous images, colors, attitudes, feelings, emotions, smells, postures, physicalities, etc., with which I am then connected through my physical intelligence. I can then access what has been collected much faster than something I have read or researched - cognitively acquired skills. After a session, you can turn your mind on again, and lo and behold, it is unbelievably amazing how much sense the creatively found also makes in the logical world. Leila opened the door to the people's playground for me with Source Tuning. It's a lot of fun once without a goal and without necessarily wanting to / have to go to "source" and thus very often get a lot further (to think outside the box and even to jump up / down) than you would could have imagined. Especially recently (Lockdowns) it has been a kind of medicine ball for me, which helped me professionally and privately to look at my mental, physical and creative health. In my private life, Leila has given me a safe and evaluation-free space, full of respect, support, love, humor, like-minded people, bliss, freedom. Leila and her humorous down-to-earth attitude, her interest, her desire for every single person, participant, every project and her omnipresent help make the training a pleasure. After each session I feel lighter, happier, stronger, more inspired and positively refueled. An oasis of peace of mind.
