Been here once as it's on my way to work, the staff member was rude because I asked him something in English.
Perhaps he didn't take into consideration this is an international area with students and workers from abroad spending money.
Total idiot.
Very, very brash and rude staff. Take a look first and be immediately urged to order. After ordering coffee, no time to see what is edible. Urged several times to order. All within a few minutes. Personnel also poison each other among themselves. Very unprofessional and dubious. Once and never again.

The moods of the employees are unfortunately often not so good here .....
