NO good experiences with sun & beauty Lounge! Hereby I would like to warn against working with questionable fishing contracts. In addition, many employees fooled the customers the worst: For a hygiene pants I should have paid 15 euros (!!), later it turned out that the pants cost only 5 euros (which in the member prices, which you pay anyway, is just as bold). The rest of the staff probably shared among themselves. Expired contracts are terminated despite written notice obviously only after repeated and persistent inquiries, recalled one despite commitment never. I have informed the consumer protection and will hand over the matter to my legal protection.

I was very satisfied because the subscription prices are really good and the staff was very friendly. Then I terminated my subscription, wrote an e-mail and received an answer after days that I have to make the termination on site. However, I did that one week late so I have to pay for another 6 months. The lady on site was out to me another package to convey. Since I had no interest she was suddenly very bad. Reluctantly betrayed my client's total and given a piece of paper to cancel in writing, although I did so by mail. Mail days before did .. rolled with eyes etc .. I was really satisfied and would have really made a contract again in the future if I needed but so rather not
