Very unprofessional staff. We visited at 2.11.2019 around 12:00. The lady there told us very straightforward that she doesn't want to give advice about buying the mattress because we already visited another branch of Concord Matratzen and that in this case she would get no bonus in case if we in the end buy the product. Just unbelievable. Even after politely explaining that the matress that we wanted to try out was not displayed in the other store, she continued to say that it makes no sense that she helps us. If you're buying at Concord go to any other filiale.

I was in the branch on October 20, 2020 and received SUPER advice from Ms. Ziegerhofer !! She can do it very professionally and warmly. I felt very comfortable and will recommend this advisor and branch to all my friends and relatives for everything to do with sleeping. Bed linen and blankets as well as pillows are of very high quality and very good. Price - performance - top! !

Completely overpriced. Equivalent mattresses are many times cheaper in furniture stores. When the cell phone was unpacked, the consultant asked whether the cell phone would now be used to compare prices. That says a lot about pricing policy. Pure rip-off that is consciously carried out. For the fact that it is a mattress specialist shop, individual needs are not addressed. No measurement or analysis of weight distribution etc.

We are very satisfied with our purchase and received honest and competent advice! Mrs. Ziegerhofer was unique and was in her element !! That's how we felt! :) can only warmly recommend this branch! Top quality at good prices - whoever buys mattresses in furniture stores has not understood the principle of a really good mattress!
