If you go there to pick something up that you ordered on-line make sure you pass by the cash desk first and get the required receipts. Understaffed in the collection area.

In past few months we did some big buys here more often - only one time we had a problem with the cashier lady - she didn't accept my fiance ID card - even though it was European and said we need passport - then she said that if we are purchasing under his name we are not able to use my credit card as it is not his name on it - never noticed her checking others people credit cards and also it never happened to us before. She was quite rude and not very helpful but then we talked to some other people in the branch and at the end everything went well. Also once we drove all the way to Stockerau to pick up a wardrobe and by coming home after opening boxes we found out the wood was water damaged and really dirty- as we waited 5weeks for the wardrobe we were really upset as it wasn't even custom made. There was just problem with renting the car again -another 20 euros for if- but then they were able to arrange it for us for free. Piece was changed in few days. Over all - furniture is really nice and I would say quality ones- instructions not very clear but that is not problem of this shop in particular. Like to come here again
