2 stars because of the opening times. How are you ever supposed to get there as a working person? Does not work. Ok Saturday until noon would be awesome. Doesn't have to be. One evening a week is enough. To be honest, I can't imagine that there are many customers there during business hours.

We needed spare parts for our valve. The customer service was quick, friendly, competent and uncomplicated! This is how you imagine customer service! Top!!!

Small but nice showroom, you can't buy there but you get very good advice. Spare parts can also be ordered. A good extinct service

Products are expensive It took forever for the parts to be complete After 18 months the kitchen gadget drips ... is called normal. Spare parts for repair (about 30% of original price) can be ordered on the website but for 3 weeks the parts still have not made it from Vienna 21 to Wien 22. At Grohe, Geberit etc go that quickly Blanco can not recommend in my experience. Neighbor has had similar experiences
