On our first visit to Faulmann Kitchens, we were given very good advice and we felt in good hands. We left with a positive feeling and the promise that we would get the finished offer soon. At the agreed time, however, we received no offer and no other feedback. Not even three days later. After repeated inquiries we were put off with a half-finished draft and the promise that the finished draft would come soon. But after another three weeks we still hadn't heard anything, even though we called several times (it just didn't pick up) and we sent e-mails to the office several times, which were also not answered. Only after we complained to the project partner, who had missed out on Faulmann kitchens, did the same half-finished offer come as it did a month before.
