Nice experience even if short

Lots of hikes, mtb trails, canyoning opportunities, via ferratas and so on. And the legendary Timmelsjoch pass to drive/experience. Unfortunately our 5 nights in the region were spoilt by mostly bad weather (july). However, after spending a week in Switzerland prior to Ötztal I can say I feel this is less spectacular albeit still a beautiful area to visit.

Well, it's beautiful there. Lots of nature, everything clean. You can go hiking or mountain biking. There are also more than enough parking spaces. I just hope that every visitor takes the rubbish they brought home with them.
