Super friendly, lightning fast, inexpensive and competent. I had the battery replaced for a wristwatch from the 90s, which unfortunately had also expired. For Euro 8.00 it was restarted in 30 minutes. :-)

I am a friend of "on-site" shopping and not everything on the internet to promote the local economy! Unfortunately, this was my last purchase in this store. The support and advice was fine and friendly even if a bit biased (subjective impression!). Unfortunately, this business also lets the customer pay "properly" for this advice! I have about 35% of the jewelry I have purchased! paid above the manufacturer's MSRP and 120% !! (incl. engraving and shipping costs) more than the offer (from the manufacturer !!) from the Internet (same article number! and same article!). Unfortunately, I was also given another manufacturer, and I was able to find the right manufacturer over the Internet (what was the other manufacturer called for?)! Out of trust in the dealer, I asked the price "not beforehand". The "surprise" was great, the engraving was already done and the urgency was there too, so pay and learn from it! Therefore, it is a gift for eternity, I didn't want to burden it with a discussion on site. But leave it here with this information. In any case, ask for the prices (including service) beforehand, don't be in a hurry and compare! If you don't ask exactly, you will be punished accordingly! Even the manufacturer's recommended retail price would not have bothered me, but then I would have asked for more !? Not OK!
