At Geschwandtner GmbH we are and always have been committed to customer satisfaction, hence why we feel the need to refute this negative review. Since 1998 we have helped thousands of clients relocate and have always been highly reputed and rated over the years. Every relocation process is as diverse as our clients, and we do our best to satisfy each client’s particular wishes and needs during the process. At the end of each relocation process, our crew leaders always perform a final check, to make sure nothing is forgotten. Unfortunately, in this instance, they overlooked a few items: three bicycles and a box with helmets and scooters (which was far from “half” of the shipment). Despite this shortcoming, this container was found at the terminal and we responded immediately (driving to the terminal) and completing the shipment as expected. Furthermore, in our quotations for international moves we always indicate that extra costs can arise due to a variety of factors including difficult access at the relocation destination. This was exactly what happened here. Also included in our quotations are our terms of payment, which includes as a requirement : payment before delivery. We deeply regret that one of our clients is unsatisfied. Nevertheless, we guarantee that our performance is always at its highest, and that we are working hard every day to ensure that our customers are satisfied.

Geschwandtner Relocations helped me moving my whole restaurant, they worked very fast and I have to thank the workers for doing such a great job, they took care over my whole business equipment and were really competent and friendly too. I recommend Geschwandtner GmbH to everyone!

This company is unethical. They quoted us a price for a full service international move. Then the drama started 1) The movers left half of the stuff - we had to check and recheck and convince them to pick the stuff up 2) They FORGOT to give the US movers (their partner) the full address 3) They then charged us 2000 Euros additional claiming the original quote was for a ground floor move (even though they had the full address) Then they started threatening to hold our stuff if we didnt pay them the higher amount. Basically a bunch of goons.

Perfect

The move went well but the company staff caused damage to the walls of the new residence. They have failed to respond to the repeated requests to repair/pay for the damage. This type of irresponsible behavior negatively affects Geschwandtner's reputation.
