fast, proper execution of our living space ventilation and preparation of an air conditioning system, fair owner. Recommendation!

I have often needed an installer because of my thermal bath and a few other little things. Appointments are quick, when my thermal bath was down, a technician was with me on the same day to solve the problem. Top.

In my opinion, the installer has no technical understanding. Exchanged 2 things at the thermal bath that definitely didn't have to be exchanged, which I found out later. the technician had to go to a specialist shop to buy the parts!?!? and finally asked 500 €. In retrospect, that was just a rip off! thank you never again! hands off!!

Consumer protection issued a warning. You should get a quote from craft companies, otherwise they charge horrific surcharges for materials. My experience with the Kandelsdorfer company unfortunately allows me to confirm this. I called and said that a gas socket should be installed in my apartment and then the stove should be connected. The lady I spoke to gave me an appointment. The installer came over and found that a gas hose was needed, but he didn't have it, which is why he went to the Bauhaus. Which surprised me since I was expecting a handyman to have at least the basic materials necessary to do such work, which I believe includes a gas hose to install a gas cooker. Half an hour later he came back with the hose. He assembled it, working time was one hour getting the hose. The job was done satisfactorily, in a reasonable time. When the bill came I was surprised. The company asked for a little over 120 € gross for the gas hose. With the procurement time, they charged me about 170 € gross for a gas hose. The next time I visited the Bauhaus, I found that the gas hose for me as a consumer, who does not get a company discount and is not allowed to write off sales tax, costs a little under € 55. So the company asked for procurement and material more than three times the price that I would have to pay as a Bauhaus customer. I therefore wrote to the company by email. No reaction. I wrote again. Again there was no answer, instead a reminder including the reminder fee was received by post. My mother-in-law went there, because as a housewife she has the time to personally visit the company during the usual opening times of a handicraft business. It is now claimed to her that I would have said that all the materials are available, which is simply not true and that is why the price was so high. They gave us the reminder, the excessive price had to be paid. Conclusion: No company with handshake quality. If you want to hire the company, let someone from the company come to you first and get a quote from them. In any case, I would get another estimate from another company. I won't become a regular customer of the company, nor will I recommend them.
