Very well equipped kitchen, there is even a coffee maker and dishwasher; exemplary purity; friendly, humorous host; the relative ease with which you can get to the Old Town (13 minutes walk to the metro station, 15 minutes by metro). Location in a quiet, clean quiet place on the banks of one of the Danube arms, although without any views - the shore is covered with fences. No problems with parking.
It is a bit expensive compared to Bratislava and Krakow, although maybe for Vienna these are normal prices. A large additional fee for a pet (€ 20 per day), which you will find out after the booking is completed, and cancellation with a refund is not possible at all. You can, however, bargain with the owner.
A frightening list of rules and conditions and penalties for violating them. But in general everything is fine, we would stay there again.
