I know only 2 of 7 rental properties of this company (Schenkendorfgasse and Ostmarkgasse), and both are rehabilitation-needy apartments with gross deficiencies, full of junk and bulky waste, poorly maintained and cleaned, too inflated prices. The operation seems unprofessional and homebuilt. most of the neighbors and roommates were homeless. From the power lines it has stank constantly of smoke, garbage, bad breath, alcohol and piss. The landlord is cynical and dishonest, harassed and harassed unpleasant guests.
