Very bad customer support! Use cheap lashes in c curl and sell it as d curl .... The eyelashes don't even last 2 weeks ....?! Although I have 6 years of experience with eyelash extensions, I am simply speechless in this business how the ladies deal with you😱 And the eyelashes are not glued properly they are attached to the tip of the real eyelashes so that you come and pay often! ... 🙈👎 I definitely can't recommend it! And very unprofessional !! If there is an appointment, it will be canceled without further ado! 😱 No real company can afford that! If you have rebuilt you have to plan that! And don't have as much hand as you do .. You can't look that fast, this shop will soon be closed! ...! Here is only cashed! No heart there !!

I had made an appointment for 10 a.m. and had to wait because the lady said she couldn't say for sure - because there is a construction site at the subway - whether she will actually open at 10 a.m. or a few minutes later. If I have a business premises that opens at 10 am, I will be there at least 20 minutes in advance. At least that's my expectation. Apart from that, I don't tell the customer that I'm late because of the public transport. That makes a bad impression. In addition, my appointment, which had been arranged two weeks earlier, was canceled because the boss was "not doing well". I understand women who have just given birth - but then I do not make customer appointments! We're all human and everyone deserves a second chance, so I made another appointment. After doing my own research and talking to friends, I found out everything that has to be observed in a PMU, what to do and not to do before and after. I have not received any information about this from the studio. Therefore I canceled the alternative appointment, by phone and email. The e-mail address does not (yet?) Exist and nobody picks up on the phone. Understandable if someone is in the studio shortly after opening hours. Unfortunately, I cannot assess whether the technique / treatment is good. The customer service and appearance is friendly, but very expandable.
