Absolutely useless service if you can call it service.
I call to make an appointment and they tell you to send an email.
I send them an email and no reply for 2 weeks.
I arrive directly to the department close to one hour before closing time at 17:10 (as I also have my own office working time) only for them to say that they are closed and not able to help. Plus there is a 3 week waiting time so I should come then...
highly... unrecommended!!
