I wanted to buy a pair of glasses on Friday morning 06 Sept. 2019 with a friend. Due to computer problems we could not be served. At the same time I wanted to recover 127 euros VAT. Answer .. you would not have that much cash in the cash register. Incredible. I will come back and if I have my money I will ask to delete my customer account.
