We tried to book a trip spontaneously and at short notice. We were first told by the consultant how difficult it was, what we would actually believe, that it was holiday time in Germany, etc. After touching a few buttons, he found possibilities. But there would be no time to think about it, otherwise the whole thing would have no point .... We left the office amazed. It had nothing to do with '5 to 12'. Rather with the fact that the unmotivated and complacent consultant had to interrupt his smoke break in front of the shop (accompanied by a woman) because of us and therefore dumped us. Too bad.
