Someone at this location purchased multiple accommodations using my debit card.
I attempted to contact the manager via voicemail and email. There was no response.
So for Vorarlberg. Is that a cheek. Not even rats would feel comfortable there .. but it doesn't matter Corona always overstaffed ..
The company has interesting business tactics.
We had booked for the end of May, 16 teenagers and me. Unfortunately, because of Corona, which is an extraordinary reason, we tried to cancel in March. The management's behavior is ... extremely questionable. Negotiations are not possible. Team Hostel is just playing dead. Reimbursement or postponement of travel options ... No response.
16 young people who saved the money from their mouths are now left with this booking.
My advice: under no circumstances pay the full travel price as requested in the reservation confirmation! Best not to book this hostel at all!
Simple and cheap, in a great location, 3min walk to the Festspielhaus.
Unpleasant home, poorly kept house, dirty room in a shameful state of disrepair, extremely noisy place, WiFi intermitent, all for the modest sum of 93 € per night! It's a total scam
