You rarely see such a nice team. And even on the weekend. It is clearly explained what is or could be with the animal. The animals are treated very, very lovingly and an attempt is made to take away the fear (whether with animals or humans). The animal is definitely helped here. If I could I would give another 5 ⭐ more. Simply great !! Even the price-performance ratio. 👍👍👍

Long waiting times of several hours despite the appointment, unfriendly and extreme price increases, as a user you are not allowed to accompany your animal to the practice and not be present during the treatment. Several people at the same time when registering / paying do not matter. Incidentally, all of these Covid regulations agree with the fact that the office hours assistant is not able to wear an MNS.
