First of all: I think it's important that there is a local post office in rural areas too. Still, I'm disappointed, disappointed with the way the employee talks to you. I have been visiting this post office regularly for more than 10 years, but you are not greeted warmly. The post office has a really nice branch in the new municipal office. Everyone has a bad day, that's normal. However, the employee became more unfriendly from year to year. When I recently tried to send a return package, she said that it wouldn't work. She didn't want to tell me where to go either. Then she scanned it alibi moderately on request and according to her it did not work. Then I drove to a post office in the neighboring village and lo and behold: Scanned in and sent - without any problems. I am assuming that all post offices use the same software. From now on I will go somewhere else until the employee retires or has completed training on customer communication. If you are lucky, this employee is on vacation and the representative smiles at you because she is very nice.
