We have already had several viewings with Ms. Pötz and have already completed the purchase of a property (including handing over the keys). Ms. Gruber and Ms. Pötz are very reliable and friendly and everything went absolutely smoothly. Highly recommended!

A company that should say unprofessional on the door sign. Today we visited the apartment at 16 Hofhackergasse. It was not pointed out that it is a collective inspection which is very irresponsible and unprofessional in times of Corona. We were neither greeted nor accompanied. When we asked the realtor what problems are in the property and whether you could talk to the landlord about investments, the realtor would suspect us that we don't like the apartment anyway and we can be happy about 7 euros per square meter. I have never really had to work with such unprofessional people in my life. Since I will continue to look for an apartment, I will avoid all that are offered by them because if you are already treated like the last one. I would rather give them only half a star and they don't even deserve that.

I visited the apartment in the 9th district. Receive all relevant information before viewing. Very competent and friendly advice (broker with gloves and mask and the necessary distance).
