Incredible bad service, rude and showing no understanding. Customer of 6 years and when i returned my apartment in great state they just found the dumbest things to charge me. When I confronted them they just showed me a bill of their own company with the ‘why’ they charged me.

Very rude persons and it seems some of them are very overworked. They don´t understand customer needs, just IGNORE them and are very expensive with their charges. Their flats are too expensive, they are a real rip-off.

One point is too much. Apartments are rented in category A, where everything is broken, such as B. shower fittings, floors. Visually everything was great. But, beautiful single-lever basin mixers are rented out with holes that have been sealed with spatula in the siphon. As well as visually beautiful showers that only run down, everything is broken and there is not even a shower hose. If everything is supposed to be done before handover, but no more and no more reaction. Commission and deposit will of course be collected for the cheapest flea market goods (lamps, refrigerator, dishwasher). There is no reference to possible, permanent noise pollution. We are also allowed to rent the exhaust fan, which is not visible from the apartment and which rumbles next to the bedroom all night. Never sleep with the window open again. The apartment will be completely cleaned and handed over before handover ... nothing there. Old dirt from the previous tenants must be made from the handover of the contract. The landlords have kept a key anyway. So we have had such bad experiences with this company as we have never had a hint of it. Really attention! Maybe we just had bad luck because there was a close relationship between the landlord and the broker 🙁
