Very polite, helpful and courteous, the young man (branch manager) immediately helped me with the exchange and took the goods back (although I did not know whether it was transport damage to myself)
The shop is also very clean and tidy, of course there are boxes on the floor sometimes, but that's the exception. The range is also great.
The other employees also try very hard and are friendly, and help immediately. A lady is always in a good mood, that is particularly commendable, that is a big plus.
I can only recommend it, Top 👍
the lady at the cash register gave me back € 50 - instead of € 10! I only noticed it at the car and went in to clear up the mistake. Instead of saying thank you - just that I was not snapped at. Had to do about 10 minutes. wait as she was busy with a person. How stupid would she have looked in the evening if she had paid 40.- from your pocket.
The quality is obviously not the best, but surprisingly good for the prices!
I like this business very much ... nice staff ... great offers ....
